Dr. Sarper Tanli, Founder

Dr. Sarper Tanli serves as Chief Executive Officer and Co – Founder of Diginova Health Solutions Ltd. since June 2020, a company that invest in and represents innovative digital healthcare solutions, building and extending their capacities to transform healthcare delivery and empower its societal value.
Formerly, he was the Group Chief Executive Officer of Manzil Healthcare Services, where he led the team for regional expansion and innovative service development, transforming the company from home care to digital health company focusing on disease management, home health and wellness services. He has extensive experience in healthcare planning, development, operations and informatics on an international scale. Dr. Tanli worked on various start-up projects including hospitals, surgical centres and outpatient centres. He has started first home care and disease management programs and served as the founding GM of leading home care and disease management company in Turkey. His area of interest has been wellness & technology, disease management, patient experience and change management.
Before joining to Manzil, he was responsible for Houston Methodist Global Health Care Services operations in advisory, hospital management and training/education programs and many partnerships and collaborations in Europe-Middle East-Africa region in Vice President role. He also led the establishment and operations of the large outpatient centres in the region (The Dubai Mall Medical Centre and its two satellite clinics and recently Valiant Clinic). He led multiple developments and management projects such as Jeddah Health Care Park in KSA, a healthcare complex in Istanbul, and radiation oncology centres in East Europe. At these facilities, Dr. Tanli oversaw the development and implementation of management, information systems, marketing, recruitment, quality programs, and operational commissioning. In addition, he led the development of numerous market studies, strategic plans, business plans and feasibility studies for hospitals in the Middle East and Africa.
Previously he has worked for Harvard Medical International (HMI) and played a leading role in the planning and development of Dubai Health Care City (DHCC) and its components. Dr. Tanli led several projects for DHCC including the development of the master clinical plan, licensing structure, governance models and 500-bed teaching hospital. He also initiated the development and execution of an Integrated Health Network and an Electronic Health Record model.
Dr. Tanli has also served as external board member in various organizations and is an alumni of GCC Board of Directors Institute. He currently serves as an external independent board member for Procare Riaya Hospital in Dammam, Qassim National Hospital in Qassim and Diapoint in Dubai.
Dr. Tanli’s accomplishments are complemented by his numerous presentations in international conferences, publications and teaching appointments.
