Transport Master planning Expert
Paul is an independent consultant specializing in urban transport and masterplanning. He holds degrees in computer science and geospatial science and completed a postgraduate research degree at the University of Cambridge where is now a mentor for MPhil students studying land use planning and sustainability. Originally based in the UK, Paul has practised exclusively in the Middle East since 2010 most recently in KSA, UAE and Qatar. His projects cover the full urban development lifecycle from policy making and scheme design through to business case development, implementation, monitoring and review.
